DBSK recently completed their Asian Tour in Beijing, China. SM Entertainment stated that after calculating the sum total of the concerts in the six Asian cities, more than 390,000 people attended.
The Asian Tour took place over sixteen months, the six cities included Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Bangkok, Shanghai and Beijing. Because of the huge number of people attending the concerts, TVXQ set the record for foreign artist to attract the most people to their concerts two years in a row.
An example of their popularity during The Asian Tour would be the shutdown of an entire Thailand mall at a TVXQ press conference, because more than 15,000 fans and reporters were trying to see the group.
TVXQ plans to release a new album in Korea this Fall, after concentrating on the Japanese market for most of the year.
